Amy commenced working with the firm in 2006 and has practiced as a solicitor with Barkus Doolan Winning since being admitted in 2011.
Amy is a Senior Associate at the firm and is highly skilled in all areas of family law including property, spouse maintenance, child support and parenting matters.
Amy’s eye for detail and empathy for clients is a unique combination that allows her to achieve exceptional outcomes for clients through negotiation and if necessary, litigation. Amy has represented clients in a broad range of disputes, including complex financial matters involving detailed corporate and trust structures, as well difficult parenting cases involving allegations of abuse and family violence.
Amy was recognised as a “Rising Star” in 2018 and 2019 by “Doyle’s Guide to the Australian Legal Market“.
Whilst studying at University, Amy was awarded the Hon. Helen Sham Ho Award for Academic Excellence, a NSW Bar Association Award and the Mallesons Stephen Jaques Award for best performance in all core law subjects.
