Shelby was admitted as a solicitor in 1999 and is an Associate of the firm. She holds a Masters Degree in Law. She is admitted as a solicitor in the High Court of Australia, the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Tasmania and England. Shelby is a member of the New South Wales Law Society, the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia and the Law Society of England and Wales.

Shelby practices exclusively in the area of family law and is an experienced advocate in both Australia and England. She has appeared in the Family Court, Local Court, District Court, Supreme Court and Federal Magistrates Court. Shelby recently spent 2 years working as a family law solicitor in Oxford, England and brings to the firm her experience and understanding of English and Australian family law.

Shelby has successfully represented clients in all areas of family law, including parenting, property, spouse and child maintenance, contravention and relocation applications and de facto relationship matters.
