Mandy is a Senior Associate at the firm and has practised exclusively in family law since 2010.

Mandy is committed to achieving the best possible outcome for clients by exploring all possibilities for settlement or, if necessary, by invoking the Court process. She regularly represents clients in the Family Law Courts or at mediation and settlement conferences. Mandy’s straightforward and pragmatic approach is well appreciated by her clients, who often need legal and practical advice. Her patience and clear communication has assisted many clients who are distressed and anxious about seeking legal advice.

Mandy’s knowledge and experience enables her to give expert advice in all aspects of family law including divorce, parenting disputes, property settlement, child support and spouse maintenance. Mandy has acted in complex property matters involving various trust and corporate structures; double taxation issues; overseas assets including real estate, investments, superannuation and pension funds in the United Kingdom, USA, Italy, China, and Hong Kong. Mandy has also represented clients in all types of parenting matters involving issues such as family violence, mental health and substance abuse issues, interstate and international relocation, and child recovery.
