Christine Kelly is an Accredited Family Law Specialist and Partner of the firm.

Christine has practiced exclusively in Family Law since 1988 acting in cases covering the full range of family law and de facto relationship issues. Christine has been involved in numerous complex matters including major financial cases, parenting cases involving allegations of child abuse and applications seeking permission for children to be relocated. She is recognised as an outstanding family lawyer.

Christine assists clients to achieve realistic and workable arrangements in the best interests of the children. Christine has also acted as a mediator in family law disputes.

Christine is a member of the New South Wales Law Society, the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia and has been Accredited as a Family Law Specialist since 1996.
